SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via UPS within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping on all domestic orders $75 or more. Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us here within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
